Dashboard Overview

The Whatify dashboard is your central hub for managing WhatsApp messaging, contacts, and API integrations. This guide will walk you through the main features and how to use them.

Getting Started

After logging in, you'll see the main dashboard with several key sections:

• Dashboard Home - Overview of your messaging activity and statistics
• Messages - Send and manage WhatsApp messages
• Contacts - Manage your contact database
• Tags - Organize contacts with tags
• Settings - Configure WhatsApp connections, API tokens, and organization settings

Main Features

1. Dashboard Home

The home page provides a quick overview of:

• Total messages sent
• Active WhatsApp connections
• Recent messaging activity
• Organization information

2. Messaging

Send and manage WhatsApp messages with:

• Send Messages - Send text and media messages to contacts
• Message History - View all sent messages and their status
• Scheduled Messages - Schedule messages to be sent later
• Bulk Messaging - Send messages to multiple contacts at once

3. Contact Management

Organize and manage your contacts:

• Contact List - View and search all contacts
• Add Contacts - Add individual contacts or import from Excel
• Edit Contacts - Update contact information
• Tag Management - Organize contacts with tags

4. WhatsApp Connection

Connect and manage your WhatsApp devices:

• QR Code Login - Connect using QR code scanning
• Pairing Code - Connect using phone number and pairing code
• Device Management - Manage multiple WhatsApp devices
• Connection Status - Monitor connection health

5. API Management

Configure API access:

• API Tokens - Create and manage API tokens

Quick Actions

Common tasks you can perform:

Send a Quick Message

1. Navigate to Messages → Send Message
2. Select recipients from your contacts
3. Type your message
4. Click Send

Add a New Contact

1. Navigate to Contacts → Add Contacts
2. Choose "Single Contact" or "Bulk Import"
3. Fill in contact details
4. Click Save

Connect WhatsApp

1. Navigate to Settings → WhatsApp
2. Click Connect New Device
3. Scan the QR code with WhatsApp
4. Wait for connection confirmation

Create API Token

1. Navigate to Settings → API
2. Click Create New Token
3. Name your token
4. Optional: Link to a specific device
5. Copy the token securely
